Who is an Account Administrator?

Individual(s) responsible for managing, tracking, and administering SmallWorld. Can be operations, field marketing, sales leadership, marketing leadership, sales enablement, etc.

Functions & Responsibilities​

  • Setup integrations including Salesforce, Slack, 6sense, etc (if applicable)
  • Setting the Company Description, Target Company setup, and Buying Centers of an organization
  • Inviting Connectors and Requesters to join SmallWorld
  • Assigning suggested introductions to Requesters
  • Disposition unassigned Relationship Leads to Requesters
  • Reporting on the success of the platform
  • Monitoring account activity

Licenses​

The number of Account Admin licenses is typically defined in the contract. Account Admins have both Requester and Connector privileges, though they are not counted as a license in either of those categories.

Becoming an Account Admin​

If you need admin access, email support@smallworld.ai with your company name and title. You will receive an email when the license has been created. If you previously had a Requester and/or Connector license, your existing login will be upgraded.
