The SmallWorld Relationship Concierge
The Relationship Concierge AI agent from SmallWorld helps GTM teams win more business by automating the process of discovering, engaging, and securing warm introductions at scale.
The agent uses 1st party data from SmallWorld (relationship strength, type of relationship, referral data, etc.) along with other data sources such as work history and location to identify the best Connector for any request.
The agent will then engage the best Connector and confirm their willingness to make the intro, help clarify any details about the request, and notify both the Requester and Connector of the status along the way. The agent has been trained to make the request using important information such as the relationship strength between the Connector and the prospect, the stage of the Opportunity, and any other relevant information pertinent to the Connector.
If the first Connector declines the request, the Concierge will continue the process of finding a willing Connector (through direct matches and our expanded network), and should it not find a Connector able to make the introduction, ultimately post the name of the prospect to the SmallWorld Bulletin Board, making it visible to any Connector that might have a direct or indirect relationship with them.
The agent is designed to make the process of responding to a request fast and easy for any Connector, as they simply reply to an email or submit a "yes", "no", or ask a question to a Slack notification to indicate their response. This removes the burden of having to explain themselves to a Requester and standardizes a communication system that everyone recognizes, since it is being automated and managed by an intelligent agent.
The process of finding a willing Connector, making the request, and accessing an expanded network is both time-consuming and costly in social capital for salespeople. The Relationship Concierge agent acts as a trusted colleague (Relationship Development Rep - RDR) to solve this problem and make warm introductions scalable and instantly valuable for sales and marketing teams.
